Position Summary
Working about 15 hours each week, in the evenings Monday through Thursday during fall and spring semesters.
Manage all functions of the outreach center including supervision of employees. Serve as a liaison between the main campus administration, faculty, student services, business office, bookstore, etc. and Outreach Center students and community members.

Highly effective writing, editing, and proofreading skills to develop marketing/public relations materials, reports, and make presentations.
Technical skills:
Working knowledge of information technology.
Accounting skills to monitor center budget and pay bills.
Experience
Education:
Master’s degree from an accredited institution
Work Experience:
Three years of full-time directly related work experience involving community education, marketing, public relations, management, and employee supervision. Prior experience in a higher education environment preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Demonstrated skills developing and evaluating revenue generating programs, including programs for adults, children, and special populations.
Demonstrated skills in marketing and writing.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position includes sitting, standing, keyboarding, filing, speaking, hearing, walking and operating office equipment. Some lifting and moving of items for room set ups is required. This position requires evening supervision of outreach center instruction.
