City of Farmington to Close a Portion of Columbia Street for Maintenance The City of Farmington plans to close a portion of West Columbia Street on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 8:00AM to replace a water service line. The project was initially scheduled for completion on Monday, November 4, 2024, but was postponed due to weather. During the project West Columbia Street from Franklin Street to Jefferson Street will be closed. There will be detour signs placed at A Street and Columbia to re-route traffic.
