Farmington Knights have Three Student-Athletes Sign Letters of Intent on National Singing Day

Farmington High School is pleased to announce that three senior student-athletes have signed letters of intent to continue their academic and athletic careers in College.Kyle VanNess (pictured on top left) signed to play football at Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. The Bulldogs Head Coach is Gregg Nesbitt and plans to use VanNess on the offensive line. Shellie and Scott VanNess, of Farmington, accompanied their son this morning at the High School. Knights Head Coach Todd Vaughn also attended the signing.

Emily Harris (pictured on bottom left) signed to run cross country and track at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO. The Lady Lions Head Coach is Patty Vavra. Vavra coaches the cross country and track teams at Missouri Southern. Ron and Peggy Harris, of Farmington, accompanied their daughter this morning at the High School. Knightette’s coaches Derrick Eaves, Brandon McIntyre and Jordan Stone also attended the signing.

Katherine Sitzes (pictured on right) signed to run cross country and track at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO. The Bearcats Head Coach is Corey McElhaney. McElhaney coaches the cross country and track teams at Southwest Baptist. Chuck and LinDis Sitzes, of Farmington, accompanied their daughter this morning at the High School. Knightette’s coaches Derrick Eaves, Brandon McIntyre and Jordan Stone also attended the signing.
