About Us

MCII is a not-for-profit Sheltered Workshop located in the Farmington Industrial Park. The mission of MCII is to provide dignified employment opportunities to disabled adults.

MCII is a source of competent and skilled subcontract labor, serving the specialty project needs of business and industry, by offering a variety of production and packaging opportunities. We have the employees, equipment and capability to provide shrink wrap packaging, blister pack, assembly, re-assembly, inspect & sort, labeling, hot gluing, and the list goes on.

MCII employees are proud of their jobs and the work they provide. Pride of this nature can only be attained by having a strong work ethic. We portray this pholisophy on every job, every day, for every customer. Our exceptional service and quality workmanship will help manufacturers and industries achieve their goals.

MCII also owns and operates Dix Garden Center by MCII located in Park Hills, MO The seasonal business is open from April 1 to mid-June each year and offers a variety of fresh veggie and flower bedding plants, baskets, perennials, and more.
