JoAnna is a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale where she earned her degree in Speech Communication, specializing in Persuasion. After graduation, she worked the next several years in executive retail management. JoAnna has been a CASA volunteer since 2014 with CASA of the Tennessee Heartland and CASA of Jefferson County. JoAnna is currently a graduate student at the UMSL for the Masters of Social Work and graduate certificate for Non-Profit Leadership and Management. JoAnna is the President of the Young Women’s organization at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Farmington. She enjoys time with her husband, Jacob, and children, Noah, Jonah, and Taya. Other than spending time with her family, she enjoys playing volleyball and playing the piano.
