DESCRIPTION:Our members have told us the number one challenge they face is getting the word out about their business! Help is on the way! CS Design is offering a 5 part series on marketing and design. You're welcomed to take all the classes or select from the list below. \n\n \n\n102: Branding your Business. February 25th\n\nYour branding determines the impression people get of who you are and whether they want to do business with you. During the class you will determine your next step for creating a recognizable brand that communicates clearly with your customers. During this workshop\, you will have a guide to help you determine what the personality of your business is and what colors\, fonts\, and words best represent it. Having your own laptop would be beneficial\, but not required.\n\n \n\n103: Emails for Marketing. March 17th\n\nEmail marketing can be a great tool to keep your business in front of your ideal customers. Each person on your list has invited you directly into their inbox. You will learn some of the latest essential privacy guidelines plus how to use tools to make your email marketing effective. Bring your laptop to be able to work through choosing an email service\, creating a free account and learning how to put together a campaign.\n\n \n\n104: Social Media for Marketing. April 7th\n\nSocial Media for business can be exhausting or exhilarating. Several Online tools are designed to make staying active on social media more possible\, even for a sole owner/operator who doesn?t have an entire department dedicated to marketing. In this workshop you will briefly compare the social media platforms FB\, TW\, IG\, LI\, and the best practices of interactions... while saving your sanity. We will guide you through setting up a free publishing tool account and scheduling your first post. Bringing a laptop is recommended to get the most out of the presentation. (Buffer\, planoly) \n\n \n\n105: DIY Design. May 12th\n\nIf you aren?t a professional designer or don?t have access to adobe illustrator\, you will need to know what tools are available and how to use them. With simple free tools\, you can create engaging images that stay on brand for your business. In this class\, learn one of those tools\, set up a profile\, learn how to use the basic interface\, and create your first design using your brand?s colors\, fonts and personality. We will share basic design principles to help your images stand out from the crowd!
