Meditation & Breathwork for Beginners

Every Wednesday night from 6p-7p

Join me for a weekly 1 hour meditation and breathwork for beginners class where I will guide you through slow focused breathing and a guided meditation followed by silent reflection.

*Space is limited preregistration is required at https://theexquisiteartofhealing.as.me/
*No experience needed
*Please do not wear any heavy scents or perfumes
*A few meditation pillows are provided, feel free to bring blankets and pillows as needed
*Come a few minutes early to get situated
*Doors are closed and locked 5 minutes after class starts. Please be on-time
