The Farmington Regional Chamber’s 75 Years of Success Awards Banquet will be held Friday, April 1 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Farmington Centene Center.
Join us in celebrating a year of accomplishments and honoring those who make a difference in our community with an evening of dinner and awards.
Social hour will begin at 6 p.m. featuring a cash bar provided by Twin Oaks Winery. Dinner and program will begin at 7 p.m.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an event registration is two (2) weeks before the event.
Cancelations will be accepted in person, via phone or email and must be received by the stated deadline. Cancelations received after the stated deadline and registrants who fail to attend an event will not be eligible for a refund. If a registrant cannot attend an event, an alternate attendee may be sent at no additional charge.
All refund requests must be made by the original registrant or payment holder. Refunds will be issued by check within one (1) week of cancelation request.
